2015 Lesson Plan Contest How to Enter

Note: You need to be logged into this website in order to do pre-registration or contest submission.

Here are the steps:

Down load the 2015 Lesson Plan Entry Form (PDF) and/or 2015 Lesson Plan Entry Form (docx) to see what needs to be addressed in your lesson plan.
If you intent to submit an entry to this contest, but don’t have it ready, please fill out the Lesson Plan Contest Pre-Registration form now.
If your lesson plan is ready, go to Lesson Plan Submission to upload your filled out Contest Entry Form and any additional supporting documents to this website by August 31, 2015 to qualify for the Early Bird bonus, and September 30th, 2015 for final submission.
