Artificial Intelligence and Implicit Bias

Summary Dean Richardson explains, with illustratiions, how we all unconciously collect information/biases through our life experiences, which then impacts our expectations, perceptions and behavior. Artificial Intelligence uses the same method, by absorbing a lot of data, and arriving at the same conclusions. It makes decisions based on what it has learned.
