|The Biden administration has outlined plans to address rising racism against Asian Americans by increasing access to hate crime data, requiring new training for local police and establishing grants to support domestic violence and sexual assault survivors. While previous efforts to help Asian Americans centered around providing economic opportunities to communities, those efforts will now also be accompanied by goals to counter anti-Asian violence.
